About
I’ve always known that no matter what career field I went into, I wanted to make a difference and help people in a creative and innovative way. As an artist, I needed to find a career that in some way incorporated creativity. At the same time, I fell in love with learning about the human mind which is what led me to get my bachelors in psychology with a minor in art. When needing to decide how to combine the two, I discovered human factors psychology. This way I could take advantage of my creative mind to assist in user-centered research and design.
As a human factors major, I am able to contribute to both psychology and engineering. I can bring a unique point of view along with my ability to add a new level of creativity and abstract thinking from my extensive art experience. With my experience in consulting in a wide variety of industries I have perfected my ability to be flexible and successfully work as a team with constant changes in client requests. I am a capable and consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency.
In my previous role, I contributed collaboration, critical thinking, and the use of a variety of research methods toward user-centered problem solving and client satisfaction. I enjoy collective brainstorming sessions which allow our teams to achieve a common goal. I have experience in all stages of both qualitative and quantitative research.
